Oooohhh... I have had plantains before! Delicious, and yes, that would make a nice pairing. How do you prepare them to go with the rice?

You just fry them with vegetable oil

Some people usually sprinkle a little salt so they don’t attach together much

But for me, I just fry 

Pack a little plantain and rice on your spoon, heavenly
