Health freak lvl50 : green smoothie with moringa, nettles, sea moss, spirulina, chlorella, matcha & cacao nibs. Starting @bryanjohnson’s Blueprint diet tomorrow, has anyone tried it? Looked at the ingredients and felt like it lacked flavours but we’ll see how it goes lol

Lol no thats his supplement pack haha you remove 400 cal from the food if you buy that but im not ready yet.
