GM A grain of truth with coffee this morning. ☕ It takes a lot for me to admit when I'm struggling but loe and behold its the case at hand. I guess this is about as close to a plea for help as I get, sadly I don't have family I can ask for help or rely on. I am at the tail end of a excruciating and complicated separation from a long time partner, I have to move out of my current home in 4 weeks and am buried in medical debt and bills that are becoming a critical to find a solution to fast. I have art, I have crystals..... I have coding skills, art skills, social media skills. What can I do to get back to a healthy mental place and be productive? I'm at the point where asking for help is the only option I can see. A friend mentioned when you are in a cycle of depression its so hard to have the energy to be productive in the right ways. Experiencing this big time right now and am out of options to sustain.

Aw man so sorry to hear 🫂 ive battled with pretty intense suicidal depression for decades, i found a few things that help but everyone is different. 1. Forcing myself to hit the gym 4-5x a week and take daily 35-45min walks, in the sun 2. Taking Creatine daily 3. Microdosing shrooms 4. Listening to subliminals while im doing repetitive tasks so my subconscious mind absorbs positive thoughts 5. Joe dispenza meditations for positive thinking 6. Gratitude for what I appreciate having in my life first thing when I wake up 7. Nervous system regulation (breathing, vagus nerve devices, etc) 8. Not allowing myself any negative self talk. This is really key. The more you focus on what you dont like the more you attract. 9. Surrounding yourself with people who have a growth mindset and do self work makes a huge difference. Hope you feel better 🖤
