curious what everyone's stance is on morning vs evening workouts morning feels ideal because it makes the day feel longer/more free time but waking up becomes 100x less enjoyable

I much prefer earlier but i go for a 40min powerwalk around 8-9 then lift at the gym. I find that a lot more manageable & enjoyable.
