Finished my 2 mile run and gym session Now it’s time for a late breakfast Gym consisted of Chest and Tris: 5x10 Bench Press 3x12 Dumbbell press 4x12 incline press 4x12 Dumbbell flies 5x10 Triceps curls Pushed myself till there was too much pain Tomorrow is Biceps and Back 🤙🏾

Leave Warpcast for at least, 6hours a day and SLEEP(I’m deffo talking to myself too😂)

Just signed up for the gym after 15 months of working out in an empty condo gym. Couldnt complete my workout cause the dumbbells were all taken lol whats the best time to workout if I dont wanna see a lot of humans? 😂
