Finished my 2 mile run and gym session Now itβs time for a late breakfast Gym consisted of Chest and Tris: 5x10 Bench Press 3x12 Dumbbell press 4x12 incline press 4x12 Dumbbell flies 5x10 Triceps curls Pushed myself till there was too much pain Tomorrow is Biceps and Back π€πΎ
