"We are being governed by impulse, reverse-engineered into policy. A mood becomes a mandate. A tweet becomes a tariff." not a US citizen, but watching a president govern by tweets and emotion is new (and concerning), even for someone in a third-world country who is used to subpar leadership. this was a great read, btw.
