First, I'll say this - kudos for putting this out there. Looks like you're a team of one. I've been there, and know what it is like. So, I don't want my criticisms to be discouraging, but supportive...keep at it. 🙂
1. If you're emailing the deck, it's fine, but if you are pitching it, the slides are too busy. Go with one sentence, maybe 2. Memorize everything else. If it is too wordy, they'll be reading your slides and not listening to you.
2. Competitors - outline who they are, even if you feel that they are only adjacent and not really doing what you're doing. Otherwise, it feels as though you haven't done the homework. It doesn't instill trust.
3. It would help to grow the team. Investors will look for that.
4. I don't know what the current growth rate, DAU or MAU that are good benchmarks to hit, but I recall them being around 20% month over month growth. Expect to discuss how you'll be working toward hitting numbers on each. 1 reply
