I'm analytical so I got a coach who focuses on mechanics & sequence via simulator at Neuroforce Golf in Culver. Otherwise, definitely go to the range with a coach. My recommendation is to get a coach. Fastest way to learn. Do a class and then practice more on our own, then do a class again - type of process. On demand style. Penmar is probably too much (higher than expected difficulty) even tho it's flat. They also have nets only range - I'd wait. Westchester is a big range and great to learn. Range is packed Fri-Sunday. Rancho is great also. Has a nice thin 9-hole & 18. Alondra is wonderful but a little more south. Big, friendly, nice range, 9-hole and 18. Spend time practicing chipping and putting as well. They will save your game and give you something else to do if the range is packed. DC me and we can practice also if you want a practice friend. *Be wary of random advice at the range. We all have different swings that match our style & body. Some people can't help but give tips.

On nice I actually gonna bookmark this cast - thank you! 80 $DEGEN I am definitely thinking about a coach bc I don’t wanna just walk onto a random course and piss off some golf bros Love to hear about Westchester - I played pickle on the other side so I’m more or less familiar with the location
