“Since the crypto market downturn from 2021-2023, are there less high quality developers entering the space?”

less high quality people, and the high quality people that are still interested want to work on something truly consequential (a lot of projects in crypto are sadly not that...)

less quality people. even less quality founders. same low amount of quality VC
