I think we're going to see a bunch more L3s deploy on @base like Degen Chain. 

Teams want to:

🔹 own their own stack
🔹 create an environment for to people transact in
🔹 take sequencer fees as revenue
🔹 have a token to use for grants & incentives

My bet is 12+ L3s on Base by end of year cc: @jessepollak
