let's say you have 3 types of users using your product, but you need to cater to one how do you decide which user type to focus on?

This highly depends on what your funding situation is. If what you need is money, cater to the users who’ll give you money If money right now isn’t critical, then you go figure out which (or if!) one of the three user types frigging *love* your product right now, and then you cater to them
