Thank you @keccers.eth! Learning a TON about how the next generation interacts with digital assets and currencies. Every kid wants our game for free, value for being early, to create/own/trade their assets/servers… Kids actually want everything crypto promises!

Interested to see if you think it's related - our latest drop was $5 for cards worth mostly $15 but the sealed packs traded for over $100. It makes me think the users, many gen Z, are happy to pay for the digital experience without caring so much about the legacy valuation of the physical that backs it.

Yeah this tracks. Gen Z really goes nuts for loot box style offerings and they love a product with a secondary market. They love the digital experience and if it puts them in a spot where they can earn/make money on a quick flip, they really feel like they’ve won!

Yes. Most of the successful games are just kid casinos. Kids are hyper aware of games profiting off of them and so don’t like forking money over unless they feel they can win something that’s for more money than they put in. It sucks that this is the norm. My game has no loot box offerings.

Awesome to hear that your game doesn’t! Would have been very surprised and disappointed if it did. I get the appeal, lottery tickets exist for a reason. It is what it is. Kids are smart and will figure it out if it gets too bad I’m sure. This anti exploitation reflex took out NFTs for gaming so the kids are alright
