i met a guy on here that made a saas product i was using, i had some frustrations with the app UX, so i told him my experience and he replied back by comparing our app usage, saying he knows better than me since he uses it more than i do i deleted the app, please just listen to your users, i wanted to use it so bad

Yikes. Some founders want to disagree so they can point to a time they fought for their vision… This is not a good time to ignore a customer!
