You know Nouns. But does your neighbor know Nouns? Does your mom know Nouns? The “mom test” is one of my favorites in comms/marketing: When my little ol’ mom says she’s heard of a project I’m working on, it’s HUGE. Until then, if you mention a project to someone who doesn’t know it, what’s the reaction?
