appreciation

tell me something that you did this week that you're appreciative of

i ask you one favor:

take 20 full seconds to really think about an event, even if it was just for split second, that was out of the ordinary

perhaps this will have a ripple affect throughout the rest of your life

perhaps it seems completely insignificant

what was that event?

I called a really old friend to check up on them. 

It felt so good to actually talk to this person again, brought back a lot of me memories good memories. 

That one phone call made my day. I’m glad I did that.
