According to Bloomberg, Trump stated that, despite his dissatisfaction with the Federal Reserve's delay in cutting interest rates, he has no intention of firing Chairman Jerome Powell. He reiterated that now is the "perfect time" to lower rates and hopes Powell "be a little more active in terms of his idea to lower interest rates". bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
