Quantum computing firm Project Eleven has announced the “Q-Day Prize”, offering 1 BTC to the first team that can successfully break Bitcoin's ECDSA signature algorithm using a quantum computer with Shor's algorithm within one year. Google will implement a new crypto advertising policy across the European Union starting April 23.
