Today's workout: - Bench press - Pull-ups - Bent over row - French press - Squats - Dumbbell arm curls - Side raises - Shoulder press - Rear raises I have been doing this 100 minute workout twice every 5 days

I haven't been training for a long time, but I was absent for more than 10 years. But thanks to the memory muscle, it soon got back on track.I'm sure you have it, too.
