What's stopping regular folks from nomination themselves like they did the last time? We had groups that just kept nominating themselves. It should be strictly for the builders 👷♂️

they have a much lower budget, so their nominations are worth a lot less also, with the current model, the more nominations you make, the lower each one will be worth, since your weekly budget will be split amongst all noms
