- Full day Mon-Thurs 
- Half days Fri-Sun

Ideal because you maintain momentum through the weekend but also have a ton of flexibility for life to happen.

this was my schedule for a while and then i realized momentum > a few more hours of doing nothing 

obviously personal preference, but id rather take vacations (3+ days off) every 1-3 months and not take full days off most weeks

Think a full day off helps tbh. Keeps the mind fresh. Full day fri and half day sun
