I feel like we need to have conversations about balancing

“artists should be able to price their work however they want”

vs

blatant cash grabs that seek to extract from the community by riding hype

this is one of those things that feel fine to me

people can just not buy it

yea i mean end of the day it’s a market, you set a price for your good and ppl who want to buy at that price should buy, and those who don’t shouldn’t

am just wary about characters with repeated behaviors indicating extractive intentions

but they do..because of speculation from prev or existing hype cycle. and i feel sorry for those people.
