For this week's Pizza Friday, I crafted a white pizza with three kinds of cheeses (mozza, Parmigiano, and ricotta) and roasted garlic and walnuts. I used baguette dough from a local boulangerie, and it resulted in a perfectly crusty pizza base. (In France, you can buy fresh, ready-to-bake bread dough at any bakery)
