The new EU regulation MiCA almost killed our startup. We are forced to wind down our B2C business. Only B2B (as a tech provider) is still in place, but we are heavily thinking if is still worth to continue on this road... AMA.

Can't you position your software as tool rather than service? and add disclaimers with it that your software doesn't provide a financial advise otherwise last option i see you have to collaborate with licensed financial partner that is authorized to offer such service. It will take all the pain from your engineering side also you can provide SAAS service.
