Pain point 1: 

- Crypto words 

 (new people have a hard time understanding what a lot of the tech is when they don’t need to, imagine if microwaves needed you to understand electromagnetic waves in order to use them) 

imo this is a bigger problem than most think

Never seen a field where there's the amount of acronyms here there are. Add to that I'm not English native
