open q: what’s the best / most respectful way to offer product feedback eg. there are a few products I used or heard more about at Basecamp/FEST and I’d like to offer my critiques but not in a bashing manner have thought one cool avenue could be @0xdesigner style concepts for parts of products I’d like to see reworked

I have been a reviewer for 10 years at g2 Start with a positive approach Begin by mentioning the positive aspects of the product. This shows you appreciate the effort and that your intention is to help improve, not to criticize for the sake of it. Focus on the product, not the people: Ensure that your feedback is centered on the product and not on the individuals who developed it.
