On-Chain Art

The winners of the Zero Contract Contest x Trilitech has been decided. The jury has come to a conclusion. The results will be announced this week. Before I do this, I want to take time to give my appreciation to each contest entry. I will be sharing my thoughts on each entry. The fantastic artists put so much thought and effort into their collections they deserve some thoughtful responses as well.

Any nonzero number to the power of 0 equals 1: Mathematically accurate and artistically significant. Thick with conceptualism, engagement of the theme is clearly visible yet this collection imposes the need for individual inference. The heady narrative across the collection directed my thoughts through a spectrum from vehemence to torment to mundane and around again. Even within singular artwork, I found myself questioning interpretation not knowing if I am being too aloof or too pretentious. Ultimately, perhaps no matter the state of my fluid observation, the end results will always be the same.
