Lovely mushrooms. Can I ask if I am doing something wrong or are they really gatekeeping a food channel?

I've never had a PB. It's a stupid system, tbh. Who are we keeping out? New users and those not in the clique? r/food has 24 million members, and I just joined in one click. So silly.

i used the thing in the pinned tweet in the channel to request to join and then got an invite in the channels page. but if that doesn’t work and it looks like a power badge is a requirement for it to work, maybe you don’t have one?
