the only thing i can think of with Gary pushing so many flawed enforcement cases against crypto which he can’t win is he needs to prove he is THE unconditional obsequious stooge, who will do whatever Liz Warren wants i fear what damage he could do as the Treasury Secretary…

Or he knows we get nowhere in crypto without this happening because Congress did not take measures to move things forward.
