b.l.o.c.k.s_o.n-c.h.a.i.n. : The continuity in this collection, from artist to artist, puts on display an impactful avenue for collaborative execution. A comprehensive aesthetic that each artist utilizes emphasizes deference of individualist style for the goal or unified impression. There is clearly a singular director, but also a very engaged and willful orchestra. Each individual piece is deeply personal to the artist as they share a commemoration for an important, and often forgotten or unknown, individual that shaped the society of the artist’s perception. Aesthetically pleasing and easily digestible, the collection brings a disarming joy to a topic that is clearly visceral and emotional.
