not sure if this is the best or most efficient recipe or if my food processor just sucks but you can also google for alternatives. it took me FOREVER to blend everything, constantly stopping to scrape the sides

10-11 medjool dates (chop and soak so they’re soft and easier to blend into a paste)
1 cup hazelnuts (roast for 15 mins at 350, remove skins)

blend the dates into a paste, gradually add the hazlenuts (which i chopped first to make easier)

i gradually added coconut oil and plant milk to make easier to blend /less thick

about 1/4-1/3 cacao/cocoa powder

i also added m maple syrup, can add salt
