throughout art history, when a particular type of presentation or curation wasn't working or wasn't achievable for an artist/curator, they imagined up a new method of presenting and curating work. When Gustave Courbet was refused from the prestigious Salon in 1855, he opened his own 'Pavilion du RΓ©alisme' right next to it. Seth Siegelaub curated an exhibition as a published book (the Xerox book). When Iris Clert had to close her gallery, she bought a transparent truck and presented works in a 'travelling gallery'. Hans Ulrich Obrist organised his first exhibition in his kitchen. if you don't have access or connections to a gallery space, what are some ways to present your work that *are* achievable for you?

I love this, I feel like this space is the new alternative for artists - one reason I love web3 is because I didnβt need validation from trad art galleries or curator

on that note: more and more iβm feeling the best way for digital artists to exhibit & curate their works outside of galleries & institutions is thru making websites.
