This feels like another heavy handed move to force all dapp developers utilizing Base to have their end users be verified Coinbase customers. They’re doing the same thing with other SDKs where every user has to be a verified Coinbase customer. Definitely an exciting idea but this doesn’t feel genuine to the space

Do you think we'll see some divergence in spreads on similar chains with the only difference being KYC? Base -- KYC, tighter spreads Optimism -- permissionless, wider spreads
