1/ - wake up between 7-8 - work out and center myself before 9 - meetings 9-6, except for tuesday which I try and keep clear - 1-2 hours in the evening for dinner and time with my wife - work until 10 or so, then go to bed - fill lots of the in between time with engaging on social - usually work 4-6 hours on weekend

2/ one thing about how I work is that I relentlessly do inbox zero across all sources of inbound context I do processing loops on slack, email, social and things either get a response or added to a global queue that I burn down every night (either be completing, deleting, or pushing to a future date) works for me

I make and triage queues across all the apps, then consolidate them into a single global queue in todoist slack: save, process later queue, big items to todoist email: process inbox, big to todoist telegram: process unread, big to todoist social: process notifs, big to todoist
