1/ - wake up between 7-8 - work out and center myself before 9 - meetings 9-6, except for tuesday which I try and keep clear - 1-2 hours in the evening for dinner and time with my wife - work until 10 or so, then go to bed - fill lots of the in between time with engaging on social - usually work 4-6 hours on weekend

2/ one thing about how I work is that I relentlessly do inbox zero across all sources of inbound context I do processing loops on slack, email, social and things either get a response or added to a global queue that I burn down every night (either be completing, deleting, or pushing to a future date) works for me

How do you combat channel fatigue? I have like 30 slack channels, 2 emails, 2 socials, text, WhatsApp, telegram, discord with 30 channels. I find myself missing stuff, but haven’t found a winning strategy. I like the remind me on slack. It would be so nice to have an aggregator with a single queue..

9 am to 6 pm? Damn. My day goes from like 11am to 4pm X) But I guess that's what you gotta do when you want to build something off the ground!
