So this is the pipeline you're thinking about here? contentcoin --> memecoin --> project/company *obviously very very few will exit the contentcoin phase*

that's roughly the pipeline in web2 (content -> meme), so I expect it to be similar here. the meme -> project is more blurry, but roughly the same.

content --> meme is web2 is way more freeflowing and not contained which is how many memes have developed. Oftentimes, the meme creator and the person who catapulted it into a wider audience are completely unrelated people/groups I think the coining content could actually hurt content in terms of sharability and virality due to the added friction and mental capacity that explicit financialization brings

we shall see - i think otherwise! i do think that remixing with attribution is going to be an important part of this next chapter of content tokenization.

What's stopping people from remixing without attribution? I don't see how coins make it any easier to capture value downstream of creation under the current structure of content coins (I say all this as someone who wants to see more things tokenized to enable better financial structures for everyone, especially creators)
