i expect that 90% of builders should start on L2, then migrate to an L3 if they achieve enough scale that they need "dedicated blockspace". the one exception to this is games that are doing *everything* onchain from the beginning - there, it may make sense to start with L3s. L2 = AWS EC2 L3 = your own data center

Why do you want people that need their own block space to build L3s?!?! Fuckin disaster of an architecture. We need to get rid of the layers and build aggregated systems.

Everything onchain while it sounds nice, is more often than not needed entirely, especially if its a consumer type of app (like games). Cool for certain users, but for mass adoption, its tricky
