Ok, I am French but I have to admit Danish restaurants are really advanced: - They have juice pairings for people (like me) that are not drinking. - Every dish is beautiful (actually, more beautiful than good). - Even a fairly cheap restaurant has a very good attention to details. Too bad they seem to have like 0 crypto community (to my knowledge).

like, in restaurant they often offer wine pairing for each dish they serve. Very frustrating if you dont drink and want to have a good time. Introducing: juice pairing. The same thing but with fancy fruit/vegetables juices, eg tomato, carrot, etc etc. that each accommodate to a dish. I have seen this in pretty much any restaurant in Denmark.
