What in your mind are the qualities/characteristics of successful crypto projects that have scaled post pmf? What are the differences in how founders should approach acquisition/retention in crypto land vs traditional models?

On acquisition/retention in crypto, the new tool in the toolkit is tokens. I think they have been overused for acquisition and under-used for retention.

I love this thought on retention. tokens as a design tool for long term retention and strengthening network bonds or sub set affinity inside the ecosystem interests me more than fast acquisition plays
