What in your mind are the qualities/characteristics of successful crypto projects that have scaled post pmf? What are the differences in how founders should approach acquisition/retention in crypto land vs traditional models?

On acquisition/retention in crypto, the new tool in the toolkit is tokens. I think they have been overused for acquisition and under-used for retention.

On succesful crypto companies, most important quality is founders that are laser focused, e.g. @barmstrong, @dwr.eth, hayden, etc. On succesful crypto networks, I think the most important quality is technical writing as a storytelling tool for inspiration, e.g. @vitalik.eth, satoshi
