I understand the reasoning behind. The reasoning is very crypto native though. I find myself joining “join FC”, and then I get asked “then why’d you send me a WC link”. Then I explain the whole client diversity thing and then I lose them. Less to explain is just easier for everyone :)

Agreed! I think the biggest differentiator from traditional socials is the decoupling of the protocol and the client.

I agree, it is essential It's just people still get protocols confused as the dApp or product itself in my experience
