Your understanding of the situation is badly warped. There has been no legitimate offer for cease fire from Hamas, who have repeatedly rejected deals themselves. 

And to claim the IDF doesn't see the Palestinians as human beings is clearly absurd. They've acted far better than Hamas has in their engagement.
