Looks yummy! My 14 yo knows how to toast bagels. 🙄 Seriously though, he has helped me make waffles and pancakes so that counts! 😄 He has yet to graduate to mochi. Is the recipe easy? Difficult?

It was great! This kid (13yo) likes to cook so he’s had a lot of practice. Honestly I wasn’t paying much attention, but I think it was pretty easy.
