Day 5 of Fitcember - Leg Day Burn You weren’t kidding about the “burn” part! Don’t have kettlebells at home so used a 10 lb free weight instead. Squat walk outs 10 reps Kettlebell swings 10 reps Reverse lunges 5 reps each side 3 rounds
