Iβve been working on a project for over 2 years and over the course of 3 hours, presented the changes and impact analyses to the IT Board. The βprove you tested everythingβ was particularly harrowing and satisfying at the same time. After a time, the Board agreed weβd done our due diligence and we got the green light to move to production in two weeks. Iβm so grateful this body of work will finally see the light of day and start benefiting our customers. π₯Ή π appreciating life!

2 years sounds like really long for decision to be made in that few hours for getting the green light. Great job pushing through and making it happen! π

Part of the reason why the project took so long is that the scope of it kept increasing. Itβs the classic nightmare of project managers everywhere. π
