Startups not backfilling a key role, despite having enough funding, is a huge red flag for me. 🚩 Like your Head of Product or Lead Dev left a months ago and you’re not trying to backfill it? Why would a founder do this?

Absolutely agree. Key roles with a significant impact should always be prioritized for backfill. Founder's inaction here can signal bigger issues with management and foresight. 🛠️🔍
