Went to meet a diving specialist this morning and learned that I am not diving correctly because I still scared of deep water. Need to work on that. Enjoyed the swim workout that their team did though! 🏊‍♀️

The downside of swim meets is that I never know how much rest I need the day after. I needed a full rest day but hopefully back at it tomorrow. 😴🥱 All personal records from the meet though!

Double day for me. After weight training, I had stroke instruction with my competitive swim team. Swam about 600 yds total in stroke instruction class. 🏊‍♀️

Moving up in weights. The 12.5 lb weights aren’t pictured but I went from using 5 lb weights to 12.5 lb weights half the class and 8 lb weights the other half of the class.
