Paneer banh mi The ultimate ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ณ fusion. Cut paneer into inch cubes. Marinate with soy sauce, chilli oil, schezwan chutney, minced garlic, and vegan fish sauce in a bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Cut 1 radish and 1 carrot in 1/3 inch wide, bread-long pieces. Combine carrots, radish, sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 cup water, and 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar. Marinate for at least two hours but preferably overnight. Cut cucumbers and green pepper 1/3 inch wide, bread-long pieces. Prepare cilantro stalks. No need to marinate cucumbers, green pepper, or cilantro. Once paneer and pickled carrots and radish are ready, toast the sandwich roll bread. Cut the sandwich roll bread in the middle. Spread mayonnaise and stuff paneer, pickled carrots and radish, cilantro, and a cucumber. Add any other sauces.
