Too overrated. The idea of working more and spending more energy is overrated. That’s not how nature / life works.

Depends what you’re optimizing for. Everyone has different priorities!

It actually depends on who you work for and in which country. 
There are other ways to "work more" than slaving for corps.

In all the Biomimicry research and work there is no “more”. In the Life’s Design principles, everything is about being efficient with energy and resources, generating conditions that create life.

I agree. But getting efficient also requires extra work, thus for people to "work more". So I'd be up to "work more" for efficiency temporarily, instead of working overtime for my boss. Trying extra to look good to your employer is the most useless path one can take to be valued in their profession. Just my 2 cents
