If bench, deadlifts and squats are the fundamental lifts. What are the fundamental exercises for mobility?

This is a hard one, but I'll give it a shot: Deadhangs (for shoulders) A chest stretch (I do 45 deg and 90 deg) cos we're always hunched 90:90s for (hip internal/external rotation) cossack and split squats for hips (both front and side) Also I'd say you need some kind of row/pull up in the fundamental lifts!
